The following documents were obtained by reporter Andrea Simakis of The Plain Dealer through a public records request to the Portage County Prosecutor's office.

They are categorized by subject and pertain to the investigation of the murders of Bearnhardt and Cora Hartig. The elderly couple was slain in their Atwater Township home in 1990. Tyrone Noling was sentenced to death in 1996 for those crimes.

Records that have recently been made public in court filings by the Ohio Attorney General's office or that appeared as exhibits in Noling's trial and subsequent appeals have not been included.
